● Clients will be able to select unedited photos from the photoshoot via Pixieset website to decide which photos they want to edit, but will be unable to download them as Piotra Photo reserves the right to keep all the RAW files.
● Clients will receive all fully edited photos with watermark, selected by themselves via Pixieset website (note that watermark can be removed if requested for a fee).
● Clients will be unable to re-edit the final photos once the photographer’s editing has been done.
● Clients will have access to edited photos on Pixieset website for the time of seven days, after this time photos will be deleted, however unless otherwise agreed.
● All photos are meant for personal usage unless otherwise agreed.
● Piotra Photo reserves the right to use final photos for own portfolio or social media websites, clients can keep the photos confidential for a fee.
● All payments should be done via bank transfer or cash on the day of photoshoot or unless otherwise agreed.
● Piotra Photo reserves the right to complete all edits within a two week period (excluding emergency situations) from the day I receive client's selection of photos.
